My initial hesitations were whether or not I could train myself and of course the cost but I soon discovered that I needed help and there is nothing better than to invest into your own health, especially your posture. I thought my posture was ok but realised that it wasn’t, and neither was my walk!

The change that surprised me the most was the additional confidence you can gain from just standing and sitting properly. It really does makes you feel physically as well as emotional better.

Melek is different because she is open, honest, genuinely loves what she does and is always on top form so her positivity rubs off on you after every class.

I have benefited in many ways but mainly learning new ways to train and some incredibly simple but powerful techniques that if practised enough will permanently set your shoulders back to enable you to stand tall without having to even think about it. It does work.
